Update 12-8-09: More info: The geographic area is SW Ohio (zip code 45255, suburbs of Cincinnati), only minutes to both Kentucky and Indiana. It sits on a 0.71 acre lot, mostly wooded because a small creek borders it on one side, and there are woods in back, so the backyard has a very private feel. For the nature lovers, I get all kinds of animals back there - deer, raccoons, rabbits, squirrels, many kinds of birds I've never seen before (being so close to the creek, the critters like it). It's 5 minutes from restaurants and shopping, yet has a semi-country feel to it. It's a safe, well-established neighborhood. Gas heat, central air, house is 69 years old, 968 sq ft, 3 bdrms (small), 1.5 baths, small kitchen (no dishwasher, limited counter space), a sitting room and a nice big family room (professionally converted garage, looks great, cathedral ceiling, random peg flooring).
