Because we're starting to get more requests from outside sources to link to their sites we've decided to start a "listing policy" for small-house-building.com. In an effort to provide quality information and resources to visitors to this site we strive to list and link to vendors and sellers that offer relevant information, plans, products, or services related to the building, remodeling, or selling of small houses.

Please contact us directly with your ideas and request for placing a link or advertising here. The rate is highly variable depending on the placement of the information. There are really too many variable to list here. We'd love to talk with you personally to get the right fit for your advertising dollars.

Listing of your small house for sale is FREE! We'll post up to 4 pictures and a basic description with a link back to your full listing (like your realtor's page or portfolio of Flikr images). The only stipulation is that you have to let us know when it sells so that we can mark it as "sold" and cease any more inquiries coming your way.

If you require a detailed report of our traffic statistics in order to justify spending your advertising dollars here we will gladly send one your way. We have no PPC campaigns-- all our traffic is organic.
